We provide essential construction monitoring services to observe and confirm that work on site is being constructed generally in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. This service provides checks intended to support structural integrity, compliance with relevant regulations, and the quality of specified elements of your finished development in Northland. Our engineers conduct essential site inspections at key construction stages. Following monitoring, we issue Producer Statements for Construction Review (PS4) to support the issuing of Building Consents and Code of Compliance Certificates (CCC) by the council.
